The Write Editor results from 23 years’ experience in print and digital media, a God who meddles, my love for people, and a passion for stories.

As a former newspaper publisher and a pastor’s wife, the time came for me to surrender the job I loved for the God I loved more. God meddled in my life when I became a publisher and moved 750 miles from home. He meddled each time He relocated us. He meddled as I walked out of the newspaper, keyless, for the last time. There would be no more late-night entries through the back door. For me, the press had stopped. Fast forward a few years, and yes, God meddled once again. When my former pastor asked me to join his writing team for a book project, I humbly agreed. Two years later, that pastor’s book was published.

The Write Editor is a proofreading, editing, and writing service launched because God meddled with my life! It is my vision to assist Christian writers and authors, whether the writer seeks to reach a broad audience or a specific target.

• AP Style is my strength, and I am a student of The Chicago Manual of Style.
• For important work, no one should edit their own projects, even editors.
• I will never claim to be perfect, but please don't tell my husband.

My dream is to write words that speak life into the hearts of others and to help others do the same. Everyone has a story. What's yours?
